Biography

Lee Brooks
Lee Brooks has scored original music and created sound design for a variety of films, commercials, conferences and events, working with talent such as Isabella Rossellini, Kronos Quartet, ETHEL and the Czech Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra. His most recent work includes the finale of a series called “The Story Beyond The Still,” commissioned by Canon and premiered at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival, as well as the soundtrack to “2081,” starring Armie Hammer (of “Social Network” fame) and featuring the Kronos Quartet. Lee has an ongoing appointment with the Oslo Freedom Forum, a human rights conference held each year in Norway, for which he has written the theme and two quartets. His commercial work has truly been global, stretching from DirecTV in the US to Rosneft Petroleum in Russia to EyeMo in China.

Prior to composing fulltime, Lee worked for several years as a Music Producer at premiere New York-based advertising firm, Grey Worldwide.
